Horizons Beams, Pulse Or Burst

Hi all

Assuming that all have been engineered for efficiency, which will give me the best DPS?

I have tried a number of combinations on my Corvette but cant seem to get the right combination.

There are 2 Large Multis in the high so they will remain.

Beams. But which you prefer is a personal choice, and obviously you can compare things like efficient beam vs focused pulse. Or do you mean DPE?

Whichever gives me the most bang for buck.

Vette? Efficient beams. I run 2 huge ones in both my vettes, plus one large beam with concordant sequence (the Vette likes wings), plus 2 small for target tracking mostly, and 2x medium oc mcs. Needs an overcharged 8A pp with low heat factor and may not be the best in DPS, but you can stay in any RES, CZ or compromised nav beacon forever. Tried both pulse and burst on the way and found them lacking in comparison.

Whichever gives me the most bang for buck.

Burst give the most bang for the distributor buck.

Pulse give the most bang for the power buck.

Beam give the most bang regardless of buckage.

If you engineer them then everything changes.

You also need to consider at what range you will be banging.

So there's no simple answer. Coriolis is useful, as is simply trying them all and seeing what works for you.
