I'd like a list of those pristine metallics that are just beautiful. For me, beautiful is qualified by certain things. Being around a non-gas giant is a great start - more interesting. Tinder planets, ELWs and Ammonia Worlds top my list. Being in a multi-orbit set with other planets very close add more beauty-value. So does being very close to a pretty star (my favourites, in order, are: fast spinning stars > L dwarves > other dwarves > white TTs > white dwarves), and for bonus points close to a binary or triple pair. If they are of different colours and sizes, that tops my list.
I guess my ideal would be a pristine metallic ring around a tinder/ELW/AW which has 2 very close planets in the sky (a gas giant being one would be great), near a blue star with a smaller L dwarf close by. Of course, not more than 40ly from the nearest High Tech system.
I haven't found my ideal yet but I've found quite a few good'ns. I'm always on the look out so I'll update this post, and I hope you are ok sharing yours. I wouldn't worry too much about them being over-mined. That doesn't seem to be a big issue.

- Algol - has two planets with pristine metallics. One is a grey HMC with a red gas giant and tinder world nearby (the tinder is pretty small in the sky). The other is a blue gas giant in a binary pair with a Y or T dwarf. It's a blue star system and is currently my fav.
- 8 Kappa Piscium - Pristine reserves and a lot of the planets are red - very nice
- HR 1192 - Pristine reserves, a nice system
- HIP 25052 - Pristine Rings - not scanned yet
- Genetrix - a nice Y dwarf with metal rich rings. Not metallic but should be useful
- Arietis Sector XZ-P b5-0 - there are pristine rings here but I haven't scanned them so I don't know if there are any metallics. A pretty nice system
- Eta Aquarii - found it finally, my almost-dream system! Blue star, many ringed worlds, many pristine metallics, a Y dwarf with HUGE rings that can be seen from 3000ls away. Currently mining at a tinder planet with metal rings, with a huge gas giant ring system dominating its sky
