Hi all!
In most of the videos I see of ED on YouTube, the sky is densely filled with stars, and they all seem to have an actual shine to them, like they are actual light sources with a hint of mass and a bluish sheen, or even the tiniest hint of a corona or lens flare. However, in my game, the stars in the sky tend to just look like individual white pixels.
Are there any settings I should change to achieve a beautiful, starry sky, like in these videos?
Or are these using some sort of graphics mod I should know about?
Or is it more about the region of the galaxy you're in?
I've got a pretty decent PC with most settings on ultra. For an example of what I'm talking about, take a look at this "neutron supercharging guide" video on YouTube (link). This is exactly what I'd like the game to look like on my PC.
Thanks for any advice!
