Been out the game for 6 Months..

Hi All,

I have been out of the game for over 6 months. This isn’t a moan I got a lot of hours out the game before I got bored and it’s just how I personally felt I just want to see if anything has changed.

Okay I really loved the game but got to a python and my interest waned. I had done mining, trading, exploring, smuggling, bounty and imperially ranking.

It got to the point that everything felt the same content wide depth shallow. I have seen the horizon DLC and it feels content is even wider but no change to the depth.

I hope I am wrong is this game any deeper?

As always with this kind of discussion, 'Depth' is subjective.

However, given how you played previously and your feelings on it, I am not sure the game has anything SO new that you would find yourself wrapped up in it again.

I think the next update Engineers is one to look out for. In fairness though you can only play a game for so long before it gets a bit old. I enjoyed Horizons and got a lot of play time out of it so far but haven't played for several weeks now.. Taking a break atm ;)

We have planetary landings, some new ships and loads of small tweaks to make the game better. Loads of pretty stuff to look at and play with but as it looks now the depth will be coming with 2.1. They promised loads of new game mechanics with the engineers and improvements to some existing mechanics like missions.

If you want depth now I'd recommend you join a group and play with other people.

as Mendelt said, join a group. It´s something that will definitely change your experience. May I suggest you to take a look at the one I belong to?
