Been mulling over ideas for a cheap, minimal rebuy PvP trainer while working on an Alioth system permit.

So far I've tentatively drafted this :

Well, if you could use fixed weapons like the plasma accelerators and rail guns as a beginner then you are a much better combat pilot than I.

The idea is to use this ship to practice, against the NPCs first, before moving up to the (consenting) living.
