Why doesn't Utahraptor hunt in a pack?!

The real Utahraptor probably didn't even hunt in packs. The reason why is because this was the apex predator of its environment. It may have hunted in gangs rather than a pack. The prey that it would have had to hunt is the Iguanodon relative Iguanacolossus which probably looks similar to Iguanodon and just as big and this Raptor may have hunted in groups hunting Juvenile Titanosaurs that lived in this environment in prehistoric Utah.

OK, but according to the game and the latest update, it should work.
a modder already implement it...
But it would be nice to have it in vanilla.
It's sad that both the Utah and the Concavenator have the Herrerasaurus rig. Since it is the carnivorous species that has the fewest fight/kill animations.
