I still beleave the beige planets are linked to palm tree Space stations. They did remove the white and changed it to beige, i guess because of the reflectins bug. If you go to dock you can stil see the dock is still in the original white.

If they changed that white color to beige and used the same white on the planets, the planets would have changed aswell.
