being asked to purchase in launcher?

Anyone know of any issues whee launcher is not saying play or update,, but Purchase?? i own both horizons and ed.. not sure whats up here...

I had that problem too today.

Exit the launcher and start it again.
If the launcher displays something about "installing" just select an other launch option and than back to horizons.

It's just the launcher having a bad day ;)

Happened to me just now.

Had to restart the Launcher about 15 times to be able to play.

If you get the grey Install option wait a bit and select the other options then go back to Horizons, sometimes it fixes itself.

Had same problem with launching Elite on Steam. I saw that Windows did an update last night so I rebooted my computer and windows did its updating/installing thing and saw that steam then did its update thing and now Elite works.


%#@! windows, about gave me a heart attack.

Had this happen to me a few times lately and I'm right in the middle of the US with a good internet connection.

Hope frontier fixes this soon.
