Ships Beluga Liner and Dolphin info?

Does anybody know if these ships will be released in the near Future?

I would buy a Beluga and store a Dolphin in it immediately! Think about Horizons, Season X: You look up to the sky and see something appearing behind the clouds... a huge Beluga Liner!!! And it's getting bigger and bigger, while landing somewhere near you...

it is a ship that is so massive that atm it has retractable fins to enter the docking bay.

so we know it is being made and tested and that it is big
