Benches and Trash bins

Don't mind if guests don't interact with them (basically like the outdoor table and chair sets we have already):

• benches in the different eras with utility types ones and decorative ones
• trash bins in different eras with metals, wooden ones etc

I think these assets are already in the game in other buildings. Please put them in as placeables!
