Not sure if anyone else cares about park benches, but I do. I definitely miss having them in the alpha. I've seen some workarounds, but I came up with these on my own. Not sure if anyone else has done this also, but I just wanted to share.
Just place a wooden half wall, then place the wooden overhang/ plank at the base. You need to stack the overhang/ plank twice, and delete the bottom one. Then, add the wooden columns on either side and sink them into the ground.
Select your "building" and duplicate.
