Just saying. Not sure how I feel about it because in deep space nobody should hear you spam...
Doesn't this assume a working chat player-to-player interface?
Currently there is no risk of gold spammers, because they can't talk to us.
Let's not have a multiplayer economy because there'll be some gold farmers! Woo! This makes total seeeeeeeense!

Being able to transfer credits allows players to set up their own missions, be them escort missions, wingman missions, exploration missions etc. It encourages player interaction.
And why is this a problem? No, players should not be allowed to share or trade currency. This could easily be abused and exploited as groups with "affluent" players can simply farm out their economies to "poorer" players in their groups.
How?If they allow player transfer, it will ruin the game.
I want players to be able to transfer credits.
Farmers will always be there. Soon you'll be able to buy accounts with 100,000,000Cr and an Anaconda, all ready for you to fly.
Not having player to player credit transfers is hampering the business, but it will never stop it.
Also, there'll be hacks too - if people want to cheat, someone will find a way to do so.

Personally I'm enjoying the peace and quiet![]()
While it's nice to not have spammers about, I'd much rather have to deal with them and have the ability to more easily share rewards with friends.

This.
Sick of games ruining decent game mechanics for the masses just because a minority abuse it. Being able to transfer credits allows players to set up their own missions, be them escort missions, wingman missions, exploration missions etc. It encourages player interaction. We shouldn't have to jettison cargo and hope the other guy doesn't, A.. end up in the wrong instance before it pops, or B.. gets shot to pieces for carrying stolen goods. If that's the only way a player can pay other players for helping each other out then its a pretty pathetic state of affairs.
Your obvious sarcasm aside, we don't need a player economy. Tell me what you produce that I can't?
That's right
