I'm new to the game and I just bought a new laptop with AMD Radeon Software. I want to have the best graphic and display experience to the game. What would be the best Radeon setting and game setting for that? Please do help me out here!

I don't have a clue on how to manage these settings since I'm new to the whole gaming in high graphic supporting software.
So here is the basic system specs: AMD Ryzen 5 4th gen processor, so yeah, radeon graphics 3Ghz and has nvidia geforce gtx 1650ti with 144 Hz refresh rate.
Does this help or do you need anything else?
You actually have an Nvidia GPU and an AMD CPU.
Your GPU from what I found has 4Gb of memory which should run Horizons but no idea about Odyssey.
The game has a graphic settings menu that you may have to do some trial and error work to find the right settings. There are numerous threads on these settings, Google "elite dangerous graphics settings", plenty to review.
You may want to go online and read up on your particular card's capabilities in detail.
In my PC the card is a Nvidia GTX 1070 with 8Gb memory able to run Horizons at the highest and sharpest settings with no issues such as overheating or low frame rates. It's an older card but still capable.
That being said, I HAVE NOT installed Odyssey due to the number of reported issues over low frame rates and overheated GPUs so can't say anything on that.
You should run Horizon at first and hold off on Odyssey for now.
