Some qualifications, I fly a combat Python, A combat Conda, FDL, FAS and Vulture. WHy? Each has their own way of flying and enfocing my laws
Vulture.. fast and nimble.. Beware of canopy made of cling film..
FAS.. fast and nimble, crap hard points, you have to hold your ship a certain way. Can RAM a conda to death
FDL.. Fast, nimble, packs a punch, requires Assist Off to really get the best from it. If the shields go down... Run...
Python.. I have 3 Pythons they're so good... 1, Combat, 1 Miner, 1 Mission.. Combat rated it can stay with the best of them and more
Anaconda.. My rebuy on this 20m+ so it rarely gets used in anger. But.. In a CZ it can make light work of Mission bounties, especially with an FDL as winger
For fast and furious, either the Vulture or the FDL. For safety the FAS. For heavy duty the Python or Conda.
All this is opinion based
