Newcomer / Intro Best Empire home base?

So, I recently moved on over to Cubeo as where I was grinding rep for Empire went kinda dry. Now I'm looking for a good spot to set up shop for some more rep grinding. I need more Navy rank missions as I have built up a ton of completed empire missions (I was stuck waiting on one navy rank mission....which I finally got). I am now an Outsider (I know still very low), but once I completed the Navy rank mission I immediately went to 100% to rank up again. Any help would be appreciated!!

Aditi was always my system of choice when comes to ranking. Lots of bases, lots of mission between just two systems, lots of opportunities for an RNGods to smile upon you. :)

I ranked up to King, mostly in the Cubeo and surrounding systems. Running missions, dropping all bounties and explorer data there.

Quince seems to be the in place for empire ranking...I'm in cubeo myself, base myself at chemoley ( sp) ..I like it there, I'm getting lots of naval missions, I made Baron yesterday and got myself a clipper...I'm allied to the controlling faction which provides some great missions and today I was on a couple of hours and got a naval strike mission, that was fun...I'm now a fully qualified woman killer lol....my first kill in the clipper and it was a female npc ... and I made viscount for doing so ...it's a funny old game

Not good for missions but my combat Corvette currently call a system home that has 2x Haz Res within 5ls of a station and one of them is a beautiful ice ring. Let me know if you want the name of that system (logged out at present).

(yeah I know, Empire system with a Fed ship.... deal with it :D)

I got my cutter leveling up in Wu Guinagi and HIP 10716 and then after that to King doing scan missions in Quince without even trying to get King (just happened there are a lot of Imperial factions there)...

I base myself in Cemiess good trade routes, multiple stations one very close from drop in point. Also cpl of jumps away from Exioce where you get your bounties plus 20% (Aisling Lavigny Duvals manor) always some good wars going on as well if you like CZ. Just my 2 pennyworth.

My home in the Empire, near the bubble's edge with stations more than 250k ls from the main star, HIP 16858.

It has no value, in the meta sense, but if you are willing to make the trek, there is nothing special about it. :D (except some nice RESs)
