Hi commanders,
Could any of you share the best high-tech systems:
A) Near the headquarter of a specific power.
B) As well as at the center of the Power area. I mean from where one can reach any Power easily, if possible an uncontrolled/unexploited system.
I was quite amazed to find out that Chona, close to Aisling HQ, seems to have almost any modules/weapons for sale (Like Aisling is not appealing enough with the Prismatic shield...) and is also very popular with many commanders flying there.
Now, some may not want to have their home base belonging to a specific Power and I, personally, would love to have a neutral home, close enough to any Power.
...and if possible without any permit restriction...
EDIT: Proactively, I believe that some people may answer that you may use the galaxy map filter to find them. And i confirm that unfortunately it is not that simple. I did already seaarch for high population systems with only the high-tech economy (no other secondary economy) and was disappointed to barely find outfitting above average.
