Best key bindings for Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS X?

I've recently come back to ED following a loooong break and after having a look at trying to earn some credits by exploration it quickly became apparent that my old key bindings were woefully out of date since there was nothing set up for the scanning process you have to engage in.

Can anyone point me towards an updated key bindings file, ideally with a printable illustration to refer to, for my Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS X?

https://edrefcard.info/ lets you print your bindings once you have settled on them, and also has a list of bindings to look through. I eventually decided to set up what felt ok for me...
