Best Mission Runner ship

Yep, Python, with internal modules retrofitting of course.
Hauls nearly 200T cargo.
Can land anywhere including outposts, unlike all the large ships.
Good at mining.
Good at passenger missions, like those Robigo runs from Robigo Mines (outpost again).
Decent weapons and defence to fight all NPC pirates including Elite Anaconda.

The only missions I have run on my main account were for Empire and Fed rank. And after about the 10th interdiction I started using my Vulture when NPC's want to donate mats to my cause.
My Alt is using a Vulture as well for Pirate assassination or massacre missions.

I don't know if it is allowed to ask for builds here but here I go. I want a medium ship (preferably python) with best possible mission runner build. I am asking because I'm sure there are lot of experienced players than me. I want a good jump range, I won't do mining and passenger missions in it. I would probably do planetary missions and courier ones. I'm willing to fully engineer it. So thanks in advance for sharing your builds.
This will cover 99% of missions:

Sorry about the long URL, but the address shortening function isn't working for me??

The ship itself has:
  • 192T of cargo, which is the maximum I've ever seen being sent to an outpost
    • quite often you will luck out and get three missions in that hold on a milk run
  • 5C Biweave shield generator engineered for thermal resist and rapid recharge
    • 4x A boosters engineered for resistance augmented and reduced power draw
    • 5A SCB to back them up with extra MJ in case you bite off more than you can chew
  • 3x fixed frags and two rails for sufficient DPS to take on anything that attempts to annoy you
    • MELTS Npc Pirates in anything less than an FDL or Conda, has enough teeth to kill them too, just takes longer
    • OR - with the 2A inderdictor and those weapons and shields, in skilled hands, such as an AXI pilot like yourself, this will kill most assassination mission targets
  • FSD engineered for jump range with a 3a fuel scoop to keep you topped up
    • can be very handy if you focus on efficiently going through land --> hand in --> launch and forget to refuel
  • 3A Collector Limpets - another mission tool, handy even for dropping in to signal sources to get mats
  • 4G SRV hangar, class 4 gives you a spare SRV
    • it's annoying to lose your SRV on a planetary mission 100,000LS from a star
  • Advanced Docking Computer - allows you to do your galmap for the next mission when the ship is being docked for you
That's a real jack of all trades build that can literally do anything on the mission board, and do so quite efficiently
