Best outfitting in Colonia Region?

Hello all, coming back to game after a while and seeing colonia now has many stations and industries built around and was wondering if any of the new stations have good outfitting or if Jacques is still the main place in the area?

I haven't checked all the latest, latest round of new stations but, I think Colonia Dream in Ratri is the best location for most things. It has most ships and decent outfittings. Some modules are better in other stations and some ships (Python and T9 in Colonia, Cobra Mk IV in Tir and a couple others in aren't available at Colonia Dream. I'd suggest eddb.io to search for other modules.
