Generally High-tech and Industrial Worlds with high population. But in the end, it all comes down to luck, since the equipment distribution is randomized ( people will jump in and tell you that's not true, but for everything that matters, it really is ).

I reckon we have to be more specific I mean if you go and check first station in the system you could be wrong, cause next one belongs to different faction and may be the opposite to others.
In very the same system we have poor and rich factions. So if you give address, make sure it's correct one :) ...System / Station
