Ships Best passenger ship that's NOT a Saud Kruger?

So, I'm roleplaying a commander that wants to avoid ALL Fed, Empire, and megacorp entanglements -- do everything (missions, ships, etc) through independents etc.
So I'm wanting to trade in my Dolphin for a different ship that I can use as my passenger liner. What would be a good one for that? That comes as close to the benefits the Dolphin has as possible?
(Yeah I know the other manufacturers like Faulcon deLacy and Lakon are also technically megacorps, but in my headcannon, they're a little more indie than Saud Kruger... plus, it's IMO just a more interesting way to play having some constraints.)

1. So what I'd like to have is the highest class cabins possible (I guess just First Class? Luxury is ONLY available on the Saud ships, yes?)
2. Runs as cool as possible (I know nothing beats the Dolphin for that, but something that can come close?)
3. Preferably small, but medium is OK (definitely not large)
4. Ultimately good fit for engineering that will make it as quick and unscannable as possible for transporting wanted passengers

Thanks for any suggestions!

Hold on, what's wrong with Saud Kruger?

Saud Kruger is an independent corporation based in Bedaho that manufactures luxury passenger ships and equipment for the wealthy in the galaxy.

Bedaho is an independent system in the Core Systems within the Inner Orion Spur. It contains the headquarters of luxury ship manufacturer Saud Kruger and its subsidiary, the centuries-old Astrogator Tours cruise line. While most of Saud Kruger's shipyards are located in independent and Imperial systems, its main yards are in Bedaho.

Seems fine to me, they seem to be quite impartial.

Huh. I just assumed with a name like "Saud," and they're luxury ships, they're connected to the House of Saud, which my commander would want nothing to do with. Guess that's what ya get for assuming

Cobra IV is the ship you are looking for :D
Since that's been the only recommendation for the Cobra Mk IV mentioned so far, I have to ask, why that? What's its big selling point for what I'm needing? (Looks like its largest Optional is a size 4? Not too great for wanting to make sure I get ample First Class cabin space...)

IF you have access to it...

But basically you won't get first class much but basically it has the largest number of internals in a small ship, and looks sexy as in Midnight Black.

It was a tad tongue in cheek reply as the general consensus is it's a bad ship... one which I don't agree with as you can probably tell...
