Best place to bounty hunt?

I'm stationed in the Neto system, which is five jumps from Sol. I'm looking for a good system to bounty hunt, but have yet to run across any that really scream "THIS IS HOME!". This is mainly due to most places have a crappy selection of upgrades, or the bounties are just too low.

So I figured I'd toss this up and see if anyone had any decent systems worthwhile to look into around my general location for some bounty hunting. I'm on my way to Sol at the moment, if only to visit and wander around a bit but I need some serious cash if I'm going to upgrade my Cobra any sort of decent way. Help meeeeeeeee!

I was previously bounty hunting in Lwen. It was a high tech system and had anarchy, extraction and refinery systems all just a jump or two away.

I farmed that considerably until I moved to Eleu, only to check out the rare good. But then they patched the rare goods and it became pointless. Eleu also had anarchy and extraction systems nearby.

Basically you want to set up in a "holy trinity". A group of systems that can all be reached within 1 jump that consist of high tech, anarchy and extraction.

This means you will always have access to the best weapons, criminals will be passing through the high tech and extraction systems, or you can go for them in anarchy.

There are no "best" systems to hunt. Just look for those 3 things and you should start raking it in.

I'm not exactly sure how population is supposed to affect frequency of bounties. There's a lot in this game that gets changed about and such.

I do tend to set up in a high tech, high population system and then go from there.
