Best place to buy and outfit the Anaconda?

After a lot of Python trading, finally I can afford the Anaconda. But where is the best place to buy and outfit it, with all the PP's and CG's?

It depends how far you're going to upgrade it. Diaguandri seems to be missing some of the higher class modules whenever I've been there lately. Lembava is a bit better.

If you have the permit, Founders World would probably be the best bet. They have all the equipment, and with a 10% discount. They also have all the ships (same discount), although the required rank rules still apply.

But the founder world has a 10% discount while the Li Yong-Rui systems have 15%, from what I've read in other places, including from the link Arin Ben Zayn provided.

Diaguandri, Lembava, 109 Piscium. All within a short distance of one another and you'll get everything you need at 15% discount.

Generally, when outfitting larger ships with larger modules, I bounce between 64 Ceti, Diaguandri, Lembava, Seleru Bao, and 109 Piscium. These are all LYR systems.
