Best Place to buy the Dolphin?

I'm looking at expanding the fleet and get a Dolphin. She's cheaper than the Orca and Co. and can earn a few creds with passenger missions. But where's the best place to get one? Standard price is around 1.3m Cr I believe, so I'm looking for a discount of 10%-15%. Or more if that's even possible.
