Best place to find high ranked NPCs. ?

Hello commanders,

Would you like to share with me your best spot to find High Ranked NPC please ?

I'm looking for High ranked NPCs to kill them in a legal way (bounty, war, etc...)

In the past, my favorite spot was Compromised Nav Beacon.... but since one or two updates... the rate of deadly and elite NPCs are so low
In H-RES, 85% of the highest rank NPCs are miners... el famoso "FD Logic" [up] ... I love to see these miners Elite ranked with a FAS... [rolleyes]


So if you have a reliable place to find them, please share, thank you

CNB are still best in general, but an anarchy haz res is a contender, as the miners all tend to be high ranked.

Find a checkpoint in an anarchy system at war or civil war. You'll get 8 or so Elite NPC in each spawn... Probably want to be in a wing to do that though.
