Best place to put a Coriolis port for a High-Tech system?

After looking for a system to colonise and finding one that's good enough, I realize it's more suited for Extraction/Refinery because of HMC planets but I really want to make it High Tech. As a second economy, I don't know yet.

I was thinking either A1, A3 A or A5 E. Unfortunately none are Ammonia or ELW so it will have to make do. But I read that having Geological or Biological on the planet boosts High-Tech, does it matter how many a planet has?

A1 would be ideal since I can put a lot of High-Tech buildings on the planet and it has 2 slots, so I can add a High-Tech installation next to the port. But it has no atmosphere so it looks meh. :)
A3 A would my preferred one since it has atmosphere and 4 slots on the planet but only 1 slot in space so I can only add the port, no installation.
A5 E would also be good but it's 2.5k ls away, has only 3 on planet slots but has plenty of slots in space.

Would love any advice for which would be the best place to put the Coriolis T2 port. I don't think I have it in me to build a T3 starport.

Also any idea how to spawn RES in the ringed gas giant, it's pristine metal? I tried to put down a mining settlement, didn't finish it yet but no RES. Someone said to get the system to high security.

Best option with the current rules is probably to make heavy use of the intrinsic High-Tech T1 outposts and surface outposts (which don't care what planet type they're put on) since that's really not a HT-friendly system. They can still pick up weak and strong links from other HT facilities in the system to boost them further, but won't get hopelessly scrambled by the planet influence.

RES either appear or they don't: if you've only just finished the primary starport you might need to wait until Thursday. System security level doesn't appear to make a difference to them.

A couple of thoughts:

1) A1 is closer to the sun which does make it faster to reach.

2) A3A is a moon which orbits the planet. I built my ocellus on a orbiting planet pair which was a pain when the wrong planet was in the way. And it was almost always in the way!

3) If this is your long-term favorite system you could build the Coriolis now and leave the other A1 orbital slot for a future T3.

My advice, you want to put a Tier 3 in this one if you can.
I'd say, get a few Tier 1's going to earn the Tier 2 Construction Points.

I don't have the list of Land-Based Facilities in front of me right now, but I'd use Tier 2 Science Land Settlements.
For A1, it's a High-Metal Content World, and has 3 Geological, I'd say Milk it for everything it's worth.
Place as High Tier as you can there.
1 Refinery, 1 Extraction, AND 1 Science, all as High Tier as you can get them.
Once you've done that, you should have enough Construction Points for Tier 3.
With that, you then place a Tier 3 Ocellus / Orbis right next to A1.

A5 is a very nice location too, I'd say you'd want a Tier 2 Science Settlement there too.

A3-A, if I recall, you need a Tier 1 Science in order to build a Tier 2 (not sure, I might be getting mixed up).
If that is the case, place your Tier 1 Science there.

.

Right at the back, I notice that you have 2 Planetary Bodies that have no Land Based Sites.
I'd place a Satellite at one of them, and a Relay at the other.
A6B and A6C.
As for A4, I'd place the Communications Station there.

Two more thoughts:
1. Whichever planet you choose for High Tech, focus your time on that and leave the other good planets untouched until the background rules settle out in a few weeks. And leave one slot on your Hightech planet surface free for when the rules settle out. You never know what might be good to add.
2. If there is a reasonably good system nearby, maybe good for dedicated refinery or something else... claim it. It doesn't need to be awesome, just pretty good.
