Best Place / Way to sell exploration data for a bonus?

Hi,

Currently on my way back from the core region with a lot of exploration data. I just wondered if there is a station or powerplay power or other way of getting a good bonus on selling the data? Please don't include community goals in your answer because it is going to take me longer than a week to get back - only permanent bonus options please (if there are any).

I suppose you could reach Riu space on tuesday, buy your level 5 before thursday, then sell all your data with 200% bonus and get your initial investment back at the end of the week ? To be confirmed though, I did not use PP bonuses for quite a while.

As above. Current cash bonus for exploration is only Li Yong Rui and only at rank 5.

Otherwise you can just get rep bonuses like selling to permit holding factions (Alioth etc) or to Fed/Empire minor factions to try and get promotions.
