Best Place's You've Found to A or B kit a Vulture

I have been flying all over the place; up to Sol.. down to Chimimi over to Ervate... I have not found Type B or A size 3 multi-cannons nor type A or B pulse or Burst lasers. I have been trying to filter on High-Tech large (cube-ish looking) stations.

Anyone have some suggestions?

Try large population industrial systems they sometimes have more kit than high tech.

Class 3 multi-cannons do not exist.

The rating for class 3 pulse/burst is D for fixed and E for gimballed. There are no A/B rated class 3 lasers.

High Tech systems.

Kruger 60 is somewhat near sol.

Bhritzameno is also somewhat near that. This system even has C4 PAs

If you want the max discounts while A rating your vulture:

1. Diaguandri - buy vulture here for yong-rui 15% ship/outfit discount. Can get most your A rated modules here except

2. Njulgan - only yong-rui system with A4 and A5 shields

3. Class 3 weapons for most are at above plus Lembava, except not sure about c3 gimble beams. I used pulse for vulture for lower power use

Try a system called XIHE - Zen dock (its a few mins out) but this place has EVERYTHING i need to kit out my Vulture + dropship.

Depending upon where you are, it may take a while to get there.
