Best RES site for Bounty Hunting?

I've decided to do some bounty hunting in RES sites for a while to build up some cash. Can anyone recommend a good one?

I use HR 706 quite often. There's a few near the station and it's a nice looking gas giant for background.

Your welcome to come to Biham. 5 res. Has been perfectly good for me and its empty of players. One outpost. Fed. An anarchy apparently. Resupply. No repair facility. Sol is I think about 50ly northish.

I pass through now and then.

HR 4734 is awesome. iirc has permanently lit rings and "Key Enterprise" coriollis right next to the ring. I can't go there anymore, they hate me, I'm KOS :(

Is the system an anarchy? If so it's not ideal as the security forces will attack you there no matter who ya fire on. Really hope anarchy status is fixed in thus regard for 1.3 it's been wrong since release possibly earlier.

Check out Almad if you're in Empire space. I made it my homebase and it's got plenty of RES sites very close to Heinkel City (a coriolis station)

I look for confederations with two factions in civil war. Large groups of mixed ships spawn and it's like shooting fish in a barrel.

Plenty in Empire space for sure, spent a lot of time in the Baal system Res hunting, Mwamen an even better one, tons of the big bounty ships kept appearing there, and lots of security forces(and i mean lots!) very helpful if you need them ;)...oh both systems have very close ports to.
