This means they're probably going to invest all that $$$ in a new game, and will leave ED abandoned. There's only one dev working on ED, and he's the janitor - they make him dress up and pretend to be Sandy / Adam / Steve etc, which is why you don't see them on the forums, they're not real. This is why we desperately need to more paid-for content or FD will go bust and close the game down.

Or so I hear around here ;)

I had no idea that the scope of this conversation was limited to steam only, because I didn't read the title of the topic. I thought we were talking about all places and all times and all contexts, and I was using that link to the Steam store as a representation of all places and all times and all contexts, which would have been foolish. Well lucky for me that the link I posted just so happens to be perfectly appropriate for the actual real scope of the conversation, of which I was previously ignorant. And thank you for clarifying that my link to the list of most played games on Steam, is in fact a list of the most played games.
