Best ship for CZ Mats Sweeper FAS?

The weapons on this loadout are totally an exercise in fun at the moment, not sure if it would be a workable setup really. But my question is a bit broader I suppose. What ships do you guys like for CZ sweepers? I mean, I need something that has enough speed that I don't get bored, punch that I don't have to be scared, optional slots for collectors as well as whatever scbs/hrps the combat kit needs AND limpet storage, preferably with a decent jump range so you don't have to wait to ship it everywhere. I'm also trying to avoid the Python as I flew one almost exclusively on my Xbox CMDR, even though it has enough of what I'm looking for to get the job done.

So far, I'm thinking the best thing for the job might be the FAS with a build like this:

Let's see those loadouts CMDRs

Clipper makes a good space sweeper.

I thought about that, in fact it would almost be perfect but the shields are sort of rough for a CZ in my experience, and I do see the medium pad landing as an advantage. I really want to like the Clipper but when I have bought one in the past and outfitted it (granted it was pre-engineers), it felt like a less maneuverable/survivable FAS. Or maybe its the lack of loadout versatility. I don't know.....

I haven't tried an FAS yet.

How nimble is it compared to the Vulture?

Pretty close when both are not engineered, I haven't flown an engineered FAS yet, just swapped to PC and am about to unlock it. Previous to engineers though it was basically a Super Vulture, but you were gonna trade hull a bit, but it could do that with ships much bigger class than itself. Now with all the effectiveness of resist stacking I imagine the FAS is even more formidable.
