Ships Best shipyards with most ships and outfitting

Stations with 13 ships in their shipyards:

Carener: Butz Port
LFT 69: Anning Enterprise


12 ships:

Vaka: Zenbei Orbital
Nanditi: Hale Orbital
LTT 1509: Payne-Scott Enterprise
Q1 Eridani: Windt Terminal

In general, stations with the most ships in their shipyards have the best outfitting. So they're good places to have as hubs where you keep your ships if you have more than one.

Faust 68, Slipher Hub: 13 ships, fair module selection;
Beta-1 Tucanae, Adams Orbital: 13 ships, fair module selection;
Beta-2 Tucanae, Mouchez Orbital: 13 ships, fair module selection (= A7 thrusters, A8 Powerplant);
CD-54 9671, Somayaji Terminal; 13 ships (incl FDL), good module selection (= A8 Powerplant, A7 thrusters, A7 shield generator)

In Federation Space:
Xihe, Zhen Hub: 13 ships, fair module selection;

Isn´t it just: High Tech, very large population = best shipyard? (except founder´s world of course)
Outfitting: Afaik higher class modules availability depends on your local faction reputation!

Not really. Mouchez Orbital is a large population industrial and extraction station. And I think Somayaji Terminal is just normal population.

This is a Li Yong-Rui exploited system, so ships and outfitting are 15% discounted. It's like getting an ANGIE'S LIST Discount! No coupon required!

There are 15 ships in their inventory. You can also find most of the "A" rated components as well.

Ray Gateway in Diaguandri has ~15 iirc. I haven't been there in a while. Its also a LYR shipyard with the discounts

FYI: build your ship fast in coriolis then hit the $ icon which transferes the build to eddb and select your current system.

= instant list of where to buy the entire build

you can even ad lee young-rui influence for the 15% discount

Bennett Gateway has every ship in the game with the exception of the 3 Alliance ships, the 4 Imperial ships, and the Type 10 (which is technically the 4th Alliance ship).

For outfitting, most modules are available with the notable exceptions of:
  • 6A and 7B FSDs
  • 5A power distributors
  • 3A and 8B thrusters
  • 5A and 7A AFMUs
  • 8A fuel scoops
  • Size 5 economy cabins
  • Size 5 and 6 first class cabins
  • Size 6 luxury cabins
  • 1A, 5A, 5B and 7A fuel transfer limpets
  • 1A repair limpets
  • 3D HRPs
  • 5B and 6A SCBs
  • 1A, 5A and 8B shield generators
There are some C-rated modules that aren't available, as well as some weapons that aren't available in fixed/gimballed/turreted for a certain size. My only real complaint is that you can't get the LYR discount here....

There are three stations in the game which stock everything - two already mentioned. All of them have some reason why you might not use them, of course...
  • Jameson Memorial, Shinrarta Dezhra: the catch is, you need at least one Elite rank to get there
  • Attilius Orbital, CD-43 11917: the catch is, you need CQC Prestige 1 (about Champion rank) to get there
  • i Sola Prospect, Brestla: the catch is, everything is 20% more expensive than normal, and it's a planetary outpost so you need Horizons to go there
Other than that large population high-tech and industrial systems will generally have a good selection.

Is there a list somewhere that shows everything that my ship can fit on it?
