No, there is not really a good one. You might like the bonusses some give.
Just choose the modules/weapons you want and start there. Get for the blue lady only if you have sufficient credits. The prices are steep a c7 prismatic will cost 75 million and the c8 240 million

It's far more important to find a good Player faction to join.
Take a look around. There's so many and they're all different.
Start with whether you're more in sync with Alliance, Federal, Imperial or Independent factions.
Is your preference for Trading, Exploration, Piracy, Anti-Gank, Player v Player combat or Background Simulation.
There's a player faction that will cater for any combination of the above and offer advice, training and company.
