Best System to buy guns from

Hey so a month back or so i read somewhere that there is a system that has pretty much every ship weapon there is. However i cant find the tread with the system name. Did somebody else read it and remember what system it was. Also was wondering if the turreted weapon bugs of remotely atticking non wanteds has been fixed

Shinrarta, but you need a founder's world permit.

In general High Tech systems sell the best ship gear. You may still have to try several systems to get all the items you want though.
