best way to get fed rank to midshipman so I can purchase dropship

Yeah its a fun ship to fly, I like stuff a bit different, keelback was great because could fly a super agile fighter, imperial eagle because rail guns and diamondback scout because bigger rail guns. Tried the vulture but found it super boring. Want to fly the dropship for a while because I never gave it much time before and its not used that often, also driftyness = big grin
