Best ways to farm scouts?

Since AX CZ not happening anymore, I suppose only thing left is flying around Pleiades, looking for NHSS? Maybe some Mega ships or bases that have steady scout spawn waves I may not know of?... Anything interesting around Witch Head per chance?
Just not sure, if soon they will continue with Goid narrative, and AX CZ will be coming again, time spent on NHSS would feel like a waste...Any info? Rumors at least?

Besides NHSS's not really. You can take a look at Palin's old base if they are still spawning there, but the rate is kinda low.

I am currently in Witch Head Sector DL-Y d26 hunting them. There is only a small station (Lattu Bay) and planetary landing (Mercer Silo).
NHSS are easily reachable around the station and closer to the sun.

I haven't left the system for over a week so I have no fresh information on other systems.
