Beta build (alpha v1.1) Saitek X-52 Pro joy bindings not working

Maybe some of you guys had this too, on the throttle I can't get several bindings to register with setup in the released beta build (alpha v1.1).

Specifically they are the joy 16 (horizontal key on the throttle), 31 (mouse click and mouse joy) as well as joy 19 (wheel click and roll).
Now I checked in the functionality of those buttons under the properties of the Saitek X-52 Pro in the devices and printers and they work fine there. Maybe it's a flaw in the alpha v1.1 and I'd like to know if in later builds it's resolved. :S
I didn't find any such references in other threads, so here goes before I post a ticket.

No real experience with HOTAS setups or configuring them with Elite but it might be related to the fact that the v1.1 Alpha build isn't very good with multiple input devices. Could be it, not sure. If that is the issue, it has been improved in newer version, not that it helps you a lot.

Do you mean you go into "controls" and can't get the key sampler there to detect you pressing switches?

Don't forget, pinkie switch acts like a shift key too.

Not sure if this helps but good for me...also to help with joy 6 go to control panel, then click on MFD button and untick the clutch button in box

That's correct, all other switch presses get detected but not those of the pre-mentionned keys.

If you use the vanilla preset can you get all the functions in the diagram to work (not heatsinks, I don't think you have them in the early scenarios until you do the Cobra and three escorts thing)?

Just to see if the game is recognising it at all.

I tried that indeed and they are just dead keys also in the game. I suspected a hardware problem on the throttle BUT as I said under the setup properties in devices and printers they work just fine.:S

I asked this in another thread, from el_tel's answer to get 31 to work you need to:

"I'm not sure if this is the answer to your specific problem, but I do know you need to untick 'Enable clutch mode' in the X-52 control panel applet* to make some buttons work."

+1 KUDOS I just tried that and the keys now work indeed
