i'v been playing this game from beta so why can't i have beta insurance on my ships , i have to pay the 95% basic insurance .

Raise a ticket with your login name. They'll modify your account to suit if you have the correct beta authorisation. Seriously though. Raise it last March when you started playing.

If you purchased the premium beta, then you should contact support and create a ticket.
Only they can check your account and modify it if neccessary (ps. you don't pay 95%, you only pay the 5%... which...well I'm not entirely too sure, that sounds about right for beta?)
Don't quote me on this, but I thought it was 10% for normal, 5% for beta, and 3% for alpha? Or something like that

5% for normal, 3.75% Beta, 2.5% Alpha according to edshipyard, which seems accurate.
Is the OP a Mac beta user(?), and if so, are the rules different as they aren't part of the "original" beta system which was used for testing the full game during its original progress.
