Beta Option Gone from Launcher

I would like that to know too as i downloaded the beta only to check squadron name reservation. Should we now delete a folder or something?

You forgot about rule No.1: Never play on patch day.

Really, like always in almost any game thousands of players will try logging in at the same time while others are whining about download times, others will be kicked from the achingly overstrained server, also whining on the forum or leave angry or cynical remarks about how that could be and that the devs should fix this with their godlike server empowerment powers and extra potent hamster food... Next day things will be fixed magically and the forum will return back to normal with complains about new features (which will include me if they left that one specific thing in from beta).
You will be at work and be spared by all this insanity and will be able to play a much less overrun and thus more stable game. :)

Au contraire, on patch day all those funny exploits and BGS shenanigans are in full force, you just have to find them...
(Except they are of the Gnosis no-fire-zone kind, then they suck :D)
As the matchmaking server hates my CMDR, I propably won't get to play on patch day anyways though :(

All jokes aside, though, it would be nice if Frontier removed the "3.3 Beta is live" notice from the launcher.
It confuses people...

I copied and renamed the beta binds file, then stored it away from the folder. hopefully it will save a few minutes when 3.3 drops :D

I DO keep the billion or so credits and new ships and elite trade rank I made in beta, don't I?

Only if you docked up at the Hutton Orbital Large Beta Transfer Pad prior to the end of the beta and entered the transfer code.
