Beta testing the Advanced Docking Computer before official release

I'm ok with docking computers. The one thing (well one of two) that bothers me is that you still get the timer as if any delay was your fault. The other thing is it shouldn't take up an entire slot all by itself, but meh.
agreed, it should just be a computer upgrade not a module slot
