From what I watched from Frontier's latest YouTube video towards the end, peeps who have pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition get to play a Beta version something which we know, but we didn't know it would be as soon as next month. That's so great. Steam charges NZ$67 for the Deluxe Edition and pre-ordered it several weeks ago. Looking forward to it. Played Zoo Tycoon 2 when I was a child. The graphics and water look great. And the flexibility and choices of FENCES, something which Planet Coaster lacks and doesn't focus on much, is tremendous. Look forward to doing a couple of YouTube videos when the Beta comes out.
Got Planet Coaster when it was in Alpha, April 2016. Does anyone know if Planet Zoo runs on Directx11 or Directx12? If it's Directx12, that would explain how the performance is so good, or maybe it's just skill. Planet Coaster could have done with Directx12. But it's still a good game. Also got Jurassic World but only touched it last year when it came out.
