Better customer service.

I have a ticket for a server issue that can be solved only on Frontier's side for 5 days now. It took 2 days to get noticed, I sent them a netLog and now i'm on day 3 of waiting. While they're scrambling to force players to make 22000 LY jumps and wondering how to make this game feel like a job, i can't even log in to do my grind for my Anaconda. What I wonder is, why aren't they prioritizing the customers that already paid for the game and can't play it? I played a lot of games, some weren't that great but had a nice community and none of us had to wait for more than a day when something was wrong on their part. My point is that the players always felt like a priority.

Elite: Dangerous was recommended by a few of my friends that keep wondering why it lasts so long to get an answer and, hopefully, a solution to a problem that seems to have never disappeared since 2015.

Please stop ignoring your paying customers. It's not good business practice and no sane person would do something like this. There is no competition, at least for now, and that's a shame because things would've been different for the players if that were the case. Don't let Elite become No Man's Sky 2.0.

Wow Frontier, is this really happening ? I fear the day when i fire up my PC, setup the HOTAS, put on my Oculus Rift VR and can't login for 5 days or more in a row in my favorite most played game ever. I mean...ok...it might happen, even the best games run in blocker issues sometimes, but the lack of response from the customer support department or whoever is in charge with solving something like this is really mind-blowing. And you are not the only one mate, I read at least one ore more post with the same issue...I guess it's a good thing somehow if more players get this issue...this way maybe someone from FD will decide to solve yours too ;) Good luck cmdr 07 !

I submitted this ticket, hoping to get a reply by Xmas lol:

"Ever since "The Return" dropped, I could not use Horizons. It was on my friend's account, and I had never had an issue with logging in as him and using his purchase. Since 2.4 released, even if I was logged in as him, it would load as ED:Core, with no Horizons access. More recently, no matter who I log in as, when I load ED it would take me to the "Press Menu or A to continue," (Start screen) I would do so, and after taking me to the main menu it would give me the "New purchase detected." After bumping me back to the start screen, It would load as ED:Core again and repeat. Eventually I deleted the Horizons file and logged in as only me, as I had not purchased it and it should not detect the purchase. Again, the cycle of start screen, main menu, and new purchase screen would ensue. As of currently, I cannot play Elite. A fix would be good enough for me, buuuuut if you wanted to compensate me with a free Horizons upgrade to fix itttttt... *nudge nudge wink wink* but in all seriousness thank you for reading over this. o7"
