I have a ticket for a server issue that can be solved only on Frontier's side for 5 days now. It took 2 days to get noticed, I sent them a netLog and now i'm on day 3 of waiting. While they're scrambling to force players to make 22000 LY jumps and wondering how to make this game feel like a job, i can't even log in to do my grind for my Anaconda. What I wonder is, why aren't they prioritizing the customers that already paid for the game and can't play it? I played a lot of games, some weren't that great but had a nice community and none of us had to wait for more than a day when something was wrong on their part. My point is that the players always felt like a priority.
Elite: Dangerous was recommended by a few of my friends that keep wondering why it lasts so long to get an answer and, hopefully, a solution to a problem that seems to have never disappeared since 2015.
Please stop ignoring your paying customers. It's not good business practice and no sane person would do something like this. There is no competition, at least for now, and that's a shame because things would've been different for the players if that were the case. Don't let Elite become No Man's Sky 2.0.
