Better idea: Experimental mining effect for beam lasers

I think this could work. Provided there were also class 3 and 4 mining lasers available.

Also, the ridiculous drain and heat of normal mining lasers would need to be reduced. Otherwise, actually having a mining laser on a mining ship would make it worse for mining.

I would like to see the mining lances to be upgraded in that they could be engineered.
