Better ingame chat

Hi people,

what do you think about not only local chat, but also system chat, power chat, looking for wing chat, other words the people could communicate when they are in different places in system or galaxy. For example I am in RES and I could chat with someone on planet in system or near to orbital station. Is it even possible in future when actually the game modes are different in flight, cruise, RES, planets and specially totally different in other system...

Local chat, wing chat also voice comms work well, would be fine if this way worked also for other type of chats.

When they introduce Squadrons in the Q4 update, there's going to be new communications features. What they are, we don't know yet, but they will be coming.

I would like it if I could simply continue a conversation with a commander after I've jumped away (either into Supercruise or to a different system). There've been several times where I was chatting with someone at a station or engineer's base and had thought the conversation was over only to receive a question from the other commander just as my FSD starts to engage leaving me with no means of replying to their question.

yes, one example, at least in this case you can add ppl to friends, if you want, but I meant especially the chat for all who play the game in whatever place in system or galaxy, but good point :)

I never said I wanted to be friends with them... just to answer their question after I jump away... or gloat after I escape their interdiction ;)
