Better module description needed

I think we need better module description/information.

For example: Kill warrant scanner
The D and C have exactly the same stats (range, scan time etc) except that the C uses more power and is more expensive
The B and A are as above also.
So according to the stats we are shown. Paying more for the upgraded model actually decreases performance (by consuming more power for no benefit).

There are other modules with the same issue.

Yes you are correct... The A is much better than the E in range.

However, The D and C have the same range, same scan time, same weight. The only difference (according to the stats shown) is that the C draws twice as much power. Oh and it costs 3X as much.

OK, after trying some upgrades, I think I may have found "an" answer. I think that they say the same range but the more expensive one is half a kilometre better. It appears that the stats dont show half units for range.

Would probably be good if that was ammended
