Better Scanners for USS analysis

If there is some form of this in game already, forgive me.

I'd like a scanner, suitably expensive, that gives me an inkling of what's in a USS before I go and luck. If I want a surprise, I don't need to use it.

For example: Weapon fire detected: Engine Thrust Detect: Zero heat detected: etc, etc, et cetera.

Was just thinking about this today. If I drop into another USS that has a Funeral or Wedding Barge....well....let's just say they're going to need another Funeral Barge!

(Well, okay, I'm sure I'll be the one needing the barge.)

(Related note: Why are those two unidentified? I mean, seriously, wouldn't they be broadcasting their Funeral or Wedding? Why are they staying under the radar? Hmmmm...)
