Better Steam Interaction

This one gives me really stomach Pain...

why is it only possible to start ED in VR in the Steam Library, and not over the Steam-Button in the Taskbar... or even better start the VR Game with an Applink, so we can have a nice button in our Win10 Start Menu.

And no Steamcards with backgrounds and emotes? Frontier makes lot of extra stuff for the game, and this part will be ignored?

FD won't add all this stuff to steam until people stop using steam charts to tell them their game is dead...

Frontier need to WORK on there Steam updating system it is standard practice know that every update takes at least a day to complete, Over server crowding and connectivity with steam is an issue frontier. please fix.

Can you start other VR titles from the Steam-Button in the Taskbar?
Can you create shortcuts to other VR titles in Steam?


If you can't then this might be an Steam issue.



The other stuff is definitely a FDev, as that is optional stuff game developers can do in Steam.

@Misty_Dark yep, and Yep. if you click in the Taskbar you get a message.." Elite supports VR nativ, but you started the Desktop version"...this is really annoying.

Can't you just launch the VR version of E D directly and not bother with the Steam gubbins?
