I was browsing through Amazon (american version) and found out this. A brand new HTC Vive for 140 dollars? Surely there must be something wrong with that. I decided to investigate and found out there were other similar 'just launched' profiles selling all kinds of things at incredible discounts, such as this Rift (also brand new) at 110 dollars.

I can understand maybe a price cut that halves the number if its a heavily used product, but this is just way too fishy for me. Just a heads up to all the commanders out there if you see this.

I called Amazon Customer Support and told them about this.

They just direct to Amazon articles; the scam itself is on what they offer. Links should be as safe as it is to use and browse amazon!

Saw a new Warthog on eBay the other day for £15, sell had like 10 of them.

You could see folk buying them too, "9 sold" etc..

Stuff like that can be really tempting.

I reported it and moved on, a few days later it was taken down.
