Since the new update- if you sell something, its GONE. I found this out by selling my A6 shield just to check jump range with a lower shield and bigger cargo- then went to switch back my shield (like we ALWAYS could) and NO- It's ALL GONE. AND I've noticed that many stations I've frequented have none of the higher end shields or much of anything, when I know they did before.
Beware of Selling things like shields while outfitting- they're Gone

you sure the rebuy didn't just timeout, i.e. expire? That happened to me in 1.0 when I was experimenting with some other loadouts and my 'rebuy' options disappeared from the outfitting menu after a while (could have been 5 mins but I'm not sure, it just caught me by surprise...)

regarding my original post- this happened at two different stations, I thought maybe I messed up- wasn't paying close attention to what I was doing because I was on the phone- but then it happened at 39 tauri and I am sure it wasn't my fault.
